Mainstays Wood Modern Adirondack Chair, Black Color

I expected the wood for this chair to be rather flimsy at the price, but I was pleasantly surprised at how substantial it was when I assembled it. Assembled chair looks like the photos. My only complaint would be the arms sit a bit too high. Hardware and pre-drilled holes lined up and went together easily. Wish I had ordered more!

The only problem i had was attaching the arms. It took some time for me to find a way to keep the parts in the right postion to screw them together. it will be easy if you have help. One last thing is i wish the screw holes were a bit farther fron the wood edge to use the Allen wrench better. Otherwise this is a great chair. So comfortable and sturdy. Looks good too.

These chairs look incredible for the price we paid. I looked around at other competitors pricing and also on places like FB Marketplace. None could compare when it came to the price — just quality remained. Assembly was really easy with 2 people. They look stunning. After having them outside in Ohio for 4 months they're holding up well. There's a mild split in the cedar wood but no mold. Overall great style and comfort.

Easy to assemble and was packaged very carefully. I put together in about 30 minutes. Would love to order a few more but alas they are out of stock. I like the fact that they are wood and not plastic, as plastic does not do well in the Arizona blazing heat.

These look super luxury, especially for the price. Overall these give a really high end look to the space with natural wood. We have had them out for about a month and they are holding up. They do need re-tightened every so often and creak sometimes when sitting down. Hoping they last multiple seasons.

These chairs are nice and just as easy to put together as other outdoor patio chairs. I didn't realize when buying that these are more of a painted wood style versus resin or polywood so they will not withstand the elements if left outside during the winter. The cost is much less than similar ones I've found so it's still worth it but wish they were weather resistant

I really love the look of these chairs. Assembly was somewhat challenging on my own but doable. They are quite comfortable. I do question the durability. We will see.

The chairs are attractive and seem relatively sturdy. The problem is when assembling, it's incredibly easy to over tighten the screws causing the laminate finish to separate.

Price was too good to be true. Ordered 4 chairs, 2 of them came damaged in the same place (wood slats separating from the seats). I was offered a $6 credit in total. If they came undamaged, I would say they were solid chairs for the price. But I don't have any hope at longevity if they can't even survive a padded shipping box.

As I noted the order as canceled by Walmart. I didn't receive it. I had to physically go to the store to purchase it and the price on line differed from the price in the store. But the product is great.
