Mainstays Wood Outdoor Adirondack Chair, Red

These chairs are great for the price. Not as big and heavy as some are now, so a good fit on my balcony. I was able to put them together on my own in no time. Very pleased with them.

We recently moved into our new home and built a fire pit and bought four of these chairs in the clear color to put around it. My husband had no trouble putting them together and they're very sturdy. I picked a week without rain and took my time and sprayed each chair 5 times with one day in-between layers. I used a spray outdoor polyurethane in Satin, making sure to tip each chair over and get the underside really well. We are in the Midwest and I plan on storing them in the garage at the end of season. Next spring before use I am going to use the paint on Poly to give them more of a thicker gloss finish for better weather protection. I like them so much that I plan on buying one more chair. I do wish they had drink holders, but for this price there is nothing to complain about.

Bought six. Look good. Comfortable. Not too heavy. Reasonably easy to assemble if you have appropriate tools. Very Good value at rolled back price of $65. Regular price is $95. Probably best to put a wood sealer on if they are going to be left outside.

I bought 6 of these when they were rolled back to practically half the usually price. I’m beyond pleased! I’ve been eyeing this style chair for a year but the regular price was just too much for me to commit to. The assembly was a little confusing at first but by the 2nd or 3rd one, I got the hang of it. I would say I averaged about 30-40 minutes per chair, so I spaced that assembly out over a day or so in my spare time. I will add that I had considered 8 chairs. However, now that they’re assembled and out there, I think that would have been too many. All in all, they’re stunning and worth the wait!

Very nice for the money. Assembly was easy. This item is not for people over 6 ft and 250 lbs it could feel a little confined. I took a previous reviewers suggestion and use a oil sealer for protection and to make the dark brown pop.

These chairs are wonderful - especially for the price! The quality is excellent and they are very comfortable. Most times Adirondack chairs are double or triple this price. I bought 2in Natural and they're gorgeous. Follow the directions as they are a tiny challenge to assemble but i did it by myself- probably took me 40 minutes total. I will be getting a few more. I highly recommend.

I purchased 5 of these for our fire pit. I love them. The color is beautiful and the size is perfect. I will say that these are not sealed to be left outside in the weather. We purchased an oil based polyurethane and finished them with that. They will last outdoors for years now ❤️ We also used lock tight on all of the bolts when assembling. I would purchase again.

These chairs are very comfortable well built great for the Price. The only drawback I have is I had to send a couple back because they were damaged in shipping, but by the time I got the six that I wanted they’re great.

I ordered four chairs. Three of them were easy to assembled but the fourth one, the screws didnt hold in place. I had to use regular screws and drill to put it together. I probably should return it. But the chair is on the heavy side. It would be too much hassle for me to return it.

This chair is an absolute piece of trash. The hidden pocket connectors are flimsy and pull out. The nails holding the back rest slats are thin and remove without any effort. I made the decision mid build to smash this chair into a million pieces instead of returning it. I do not regret this decision as I was fearful that someone else would purchase it upon my returning it. The picture that I have included was taken moments after my decision to trade money to warn all potential future purchasers of the quality of this product. This is hands down the worst purchase I have ever made in my entire life, so much so that I am choosing to pay $40 to save someone else the anger and rage that befell me when constructing this abomination. The people who made this chair should be embarrassed, and I feel pathetic for falling into their idiotic trap. Be warned that this “chair” is an absolute dumpster fire.
