Mainstays X-Wing 2-Tier Steel Foldable Drying Rack

previously I purchased, and thought the wrong item was shipped, and let it be know in my review. But last week, well over a month, by accident I dropped it . Yet when I picked it up. It extended. So I apologize for my blunder. Big up to Wal-Mart and those who pack and ship merchandise to people like me who at times get it wrong. Yes the item is as stated in the picture. I would purchase again.

it was so easy to set up. mind you have nerve damage from my left shoulder to my left hand, and i was still able to put it together in about 5 minutes. Feels so much sturdier than the wooden one i used to have. lots of racks to dry my shirts and under garments.

easy assembly. bigger in person. fits more than expected. highly recommend over the silver metal ones with screws.

didnt require any tools for setup, nor did we use the instructions, poles all just snap into place,sturdy enough to an extra full load if laundry

Instructions for assembly were easy to understand. Some of the poles were hard to snap in place, so I had my husband assist. I dont understand the reviews about the poles popping out, no way they were firmly pressed in place. So far, so good. Just using it for t shirts and lingerie the need air dried.

Not difficult to instal the pieces. The 3 is because its very flimsy. I had a pare of jeans sitting on top of them out innthe sun because around the waistline itnwas still wet. Then a subthern California wind picked up and the rack fell. And as a result, 2 of the rods broke. 🤨

Really enjoyed this rack, it holds quite a bit of laundry and collapses easily. However, within 2 weeks of using it, the bars that hold the clothes up broke off of the pole that holds the clothes (the screw is still in the pipe), and have to be glued back on - poor design overall unfortunately. Great if you're in a pinch..... but don't be too hopeful on this one.

Easy assembly. Lots of racks to hang cloths over. But it is flimsy. Difficult to move because the poles fall out of there socket. Over and over again. When hanging laundry the entire rack will sway from side to side. It feels like it's going to totally collapse. I think if there was a pole to attach from front to back it would brace it. But as long as you don't have to move it after you put it together you won't have to worry about poles detaching from the socket.

I was excited to receive this drying tack. It was easy to assemble and the bars are sturdy. However, when I go to put the last bar on the rack, the end piece was off the bar. Inside the box there was a sheet that had an 888 number to call for a replacement part...only to have a recorded message say that Whitmor is no longer providing replacement parts. I would need to return this item to the store. Unfortunately, I am not able to get to the store to return this item. I duct taped the bar to the frame. This drying rack would be nice if the bar had an attached end piece.

This was received with obvious sloppy taped ends which showed it had been previously opened. 4 of the poles are missing the black connectors to the frame. the bag inside with the short poles was ripped open. I cannot connect this to the frame. The end caps on some of the frame was pushed in. Seems this was already a return and just sent with missing parts. I need these connectors and am ngry it was sent this way. .
