when I got the item I took it out of the box and threw the box away. so I'm unsure if I can return it. but what was wrong with it? where do I start? well it hasn't worked from the beginning. it is very cheap. I guess you get what you pay for but I at least thought it would work so I could try it out. nope absolutely not 100%. would not recommend if I could give it. no stars I would

Love this mop!!! It is amazing except for corners. Other than that I can't find anything else to complain about. I'm in a wheelchair and it makes mopping the floors so easy for me…

Does Not mop for you
Very hard to maneuver. Only electric head mop to spin clean water onto the mop head, then spin it out. Not 360 degree flexibility.

Is mine defective?
First time owner, no pun intended lol. Maybe my air fryer is a defect? I plugged my air fryer in tonight, put sausage in and when I close it, the panel lights up then goes out to just power button lit. I touch that and nothing happens. I opened it again and closed it, same results ugh. The user manual I received isn't very detailed. I'll try trouble shooting, but if anyone has suggestions please share. Thanks...
