Perfect!
I have 1 cat that loves to climb and she absolutely loves this and is always laying on the top shelf. Our kitten can not get up that high, which makes our older cat very happy, so the kitten stays on the 2nd shelf and plays with the little toy that hangs down from the bottom of the top shelf.

Nice Item for the Price
Delivered quickly. Easy to put together & contains Allen wrench that you need. I have an 8 pound cat and it is more than sturdy enough for her to jump up on. She immediately started playing with the mouse toy hanging from 2nd level after I put it together (see photo). Has also been scratching the posts & has napped in the bungalow. Much cheaper than less sturdy items I saw in local stores.

My cats love this cat tree
All 3 of my cats love this cat tree! They range in age from 11 months to 15 years old. This cat tree was shipped quickly and it was easy to assemble. The only problem has been that my 11 month old kitten ripped the cat toy off the elastic cord! But he plays very rough so I was not surprised. All my cats still love the tree even without the attached toy. The 15 year old loves sleeping in the condo on the bottom.

It's ok
My cat is not climbing on it the way I thought she would. And the top is a little unsteady. I'm hoping she will start using it, but she seems to prefer the couch and the chairs in the house.
