This is great for hair and body! I use it mostly as a scalp treatment before I wash and add a few drops into my shampoo as well. As someone that has lost quite a bit of hair due to major weigh loss, this stuff is amazing! Really cuts down on shedding. Smells great, nice texture.
I love this stuff - kinda longer review. I decided to look more into natural oils that have really good benefits %26 i started reading about Amla Oil - states it promotes hair growth %26 a healthy scalp. You can use it on your skin %26 it explains that it will give you boosting hydration in your face, fights signs of aging, and brightens your complexion. This is 100% pure premium cold pressed in a glass bottle. The packing it came in is really nice %26 very ordely. So, i tried a patch test first to make sure i wouldnt be irritated by it %26 then I used the dropper that it came with and applied it on my scalp, left on for a hour before a pre wash, and oh my! My hair looks so shiny %26 just overall better. From one use alone, my hair looks better than it did before. I will continue to do a premask before my shampoo 2-3 days a week! This stuff is amazing.
I first found out about amla when it was an ingredient in some henna hair dye powder I was using. It was a green powder that I ended up buying separately since my hair was so soft after I used the henna/amla hair dye. After trying amla oil, I am hooked on this too. I think it makes my hair softer than argan oil, which I was pretty convinced was the best one for it. Amla is somehow less greasy and smells even lighter, there is barely any scent at all. It will make your hair healthier in just a few days, just concentrate on the middle and the ends.
Very good quality Amla oil, not perfumed or artificially colored... just the pure oil. Came quick, well packaged with a regular cap and a cute separately packed optional dropper. i love clean natural products and this is definitely one.
I get dry scalp every winter and after trying this oil, it has really helped me immensely.
My hair is thinning a little on the left side, so I have been looking for something that would help. I heard that rosemary oil is good, but I saw this product and decided to give it a try. I wasn't familiar with Amla oil, so I did some research. Amla oil is a natural oil derived from the Indian gooseberry. When I received my product, I first noticed that it doesn't have a strong smell. Some of its main benefits are promoting hair shaft strength, reducing breakage, and hydrating dry scalp conditions. It also contains antimicrobial properties and leaves hair smooth. I have 4b hair, and my hair was looking dry and tangled. I put a small amount in my hair, used my flat iron, and my hair feels hydrated and smooth. I plan to also use this as a pre-poo. A caveat was that it could cause temporary hair shedding because it loosens up hairs that are already in the final shedding phase, applying oil too heavily or leaving it on for days without washing it out can clog scalp pores, or it could be an allergic reaction or sensitivity.
Good for you hair, overall happy with the consistency and quality.
I received this item in exchange for my honest review. Alma oil helps keep my hair growing and stay dark and soft. It works great as a hot oil treatment.
Great for skincare and hair growth....not too oily and slick ... perfect addition to a skincare routine...helps skin glow and look hydrated
