You will have no question if this works or not. Be prepared for the "Niacin Burn." It's a very odd feeling. It feels like a bad sunburn. It only lasts an hour or so after taking the pill but you'll never forget it. Your skin continues to get hotter and hotter, and itchy. Your skin turns bright red from head to toe. It comes on in an ever building series of waves. The heat in your skin just keeps rising and rising as you grow redder and redder. I had to remove my clothes during the burn. My skin got that sensitive to touch. Even fabric just brushing against my skin during the burn was unbearable. Very unusual experience. Google the "Niacin Burn" before taking so you'll be somewhat prepared. Good luck! I warned you!

Was highly recommended by doctor to take with other prescriptions to help with over all health

The picture and name indicate Major brand name. I was sent a bottle Rugby brand instead. I have decided to try it after investigating the Rugby line and believe it may be an acceptable substitute. It is the fact that I was not notified by anyone of the change and find that very poor handling or deception at worst. Hope it was just an error in judgement but 2 stars for poor communication at best.

Did not receive what ordered Ordered niacinimide and received niacin instead.

Wish to return with a refund since people do not realize the difference between Niacin (for cardiovascular) and NIACINAMIDE (for skin).
