I love the smaller makeup erasers. I use one every day. Were my other makeup erasers falling apart? No. Could I resist the Hello Kitty ones? Also no. So now I have some specifically for travel (because I seem to lose one every time I travel) and some for home.

I love the quality and the cute designs. I have been using these makeup removers since it first came out and I was mailed a sample. They are soft and work amazingly well with just water and it is a must in my household for my daughter and myself.

I love these things! They are a must have for any skin care routine especially after make up they always leave my skin so soft and make up free! Definitely recommend 10/10.

I have purchased from this company for years. I am normally super satisfied, but this time I have a small complaint. The bag that comes with it was not sewen well and the stitching came undone as well as the zipper came apart the very first time I opened it. I purchased in December, but I had not opened it until today as I was saving it for a trip. Now I am super sad I waited, because I am unable to do anything with this bag.

These really do work like magic! It's amazing how fast and easy they remove, even mascara, from your eyes while not irritating your skin very much because they're so soft! These are very cute, but just like all the others I bought before, they are not made very well. My previous Nightmare Before Christmas one's and these hello kitty's had several coming apart right out of the box and at least one of the hello kitty ones (I haven't checked them all yet) has some weird black all over the side of it. It looks like it's coming from inside of it, and they're all pastel colors, nothing dark, so there shouldn't be any black on it. That same one is coming apart too. Also, this isn't a problem with the product or anything, but as much as I love pretty pastel colors, as soon as you go to remove your makeup it turns all black or brown or blue, etc., whatever colors your makeup is and then it looks nasty sitting there on my counter, cuz I'm not going to wash them and grab a new one every single time I use it. My first set was mostly black so I didn't have this issue, but these are all light colors and after one use it looks gross lol Even the darker pink ones they sell for your eyes look awful after one use with black all over it. But that doesn't really matter, I just wish the hello kitty were darker. Also, it says you can use them with facial cleanser, but that def messes them up some. They're very soft and fluffy at first, but if you use cleanser then they get very flat, not as soft at all, and completely unfluffy. The exfoliating side gets completely matted down and not soft either. I think that side might get matted down either way, but the cleanser def makes it worse. Even after you wash them they get somewhat more fluffy again, but not like they do if you only use water with them. If you only ever use water they go back to the way they were originally. Overall, if they would make their products more carefully so that they aren't falling apart before you ever even use them, then they'd be 10 stars! Even with these issues I still really like them.
