Malco X-14 Mildew Stain Remover, 1 gal 260240

got a offer for a carport free if I moved it, had second thoughts because it was dirty and had mildew, spray it with x14 and it removed all the mildew stains, saved me over two thousand from the cost of a new carport, looks like new now. this is a picture of one panel before and after.

This stuff is what my wife demands we keep in stock to clean the tile in the bathrooms! For her it is no negotiable. From what i see it is great stuff.

I have a boat that can start to show mold on the apolstry. Spray on and wait 15 min and then wipe off remaining residue. Egg on car - gone. Best cleaner I've discovered.

A contractor told us about x-14 18 years ago and it has been the only thing to remove mold from grout. I've tried other products and always come back to this product

This was amazing we had mold growing along the ceilings above the shower and sprayed this stuff on it and almost immediately it took it away. The con is even though it cleans better than bleach it sure smells just as putrid as bleach. Make sure you have good ventilation and maybe some good smelling candles.

For a while, it's impossible to find and buy this brand. I couldn't believe that Walmart has it again. I ordered 2 gallons immediately. It removes mildew instantly like it's stated. No other brands can claim this. Highly recommended! Love the product!

Use it carefully in well ventilated area only. It works better than any product for getting ride of mold and mildew.

Perfect...This is the best of all I've tried . Spray it on then no scrub needed and mold goes away....

It's better than other mildew sprays that I've used but it didn't do much on the first try. Had to use it about 3 times before it made a difference but then it was a good difference. I will keep buying it. However, be careful on the website not to get signed up for recurrent orders.
