I first found out about this product from my hairdresser. It is the best at taking hard water off of my hair. It literally turns it from that awful brassy color back to blonde!! So happy I can order it from Jet!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We have tons of iron in our water and my hair tends to get brassy from the iron. Unless you have very short hair, you probably are going to use two envelopes (or more if you have super long hair). If you follow the directions and let it sit in your hair for 5-10 minutes, it pulls the minerals out of your hair. I love I can use this treatment at home anytime vs a few years ago, I had to schedule an appointment with my hair salon. Time and money saving

We have iron heavy well water. Even with a new softener system, I get buildup in my hair - especially the top back where the shower water hits it the most. I've tried a mess of different shampoos and conditioners meant for stripping my hair. They all work for a couple months, then the buildup is back. Found these packets. Am able to use one every few weeks and keeps hair free of mineral buildup from the well water. Can use any type of shampoo now.

Makes my hair very manageable. Lots of volume. A must every week if you have very hard water.

This product is awesome for getting the brassy color out of your hair, especially when you are a natural blonde because our hair absorbs everything. To the person who says this stinks, uh yeah, it stinks because it is literally taking the metals out of your hair! Duh!

I live near the beach and my water is "rust red" and this is the ONLY product that takes the rust out and leaves my hair soft.

This is such an excellent product. My hair is back to normal again. I use weekly now to keep the well water deposits off.

Sorry, but this stuff stinks. It smells horrible and stays smelling in your hair until you wash it again. I love Malibu so figured this would be great smelling too, but it's not.
