Use every the shampoo every 2-3 washings. We have well water & even with a softener & iron filter my hair was dull & lifeless. Now have my natural texture back.

Our water is so hard you can smell the iron. My hair was so ruined it felt gummy after washing. My hair dresser washer my hair with this at my last cut. It made my hair squeaky clean and shinny. I bought this big bottle when I got home. I love the smell of it, citrusie. It is super thick. I recommend using two pumps first, washing the best you can and rinse. Then repeat with another two pumps. It lathers up really well the second time. You have to get the minerals out of your hair first for it to really do the job. I followed up with the conditioner. My hair has never felt better and stopped falling out.

The shampoo leaked all over the box. You placed the shampoo bottle in a cardboard box without packaging material! You should have: 1) taped the bottle closed, 2) put the bottle in a plastic bag, and then put packaging material in the box so the bottle doesn't move around in the box. Will be returning this.
