A must for chemical services
Malibu crystal gell is simply a must have tool for preparing hair for any chemical service. It breaks through hard water, and over-product build up. Color and perms take better. Highlights breakthrough brassiness better. Highly recommend.

Fed Ex Delivery is the worst
Love the product, it gets a 5 Star. But anything that is ordered and shipped via FedEx NEVER arrives on time. Ordered on 8/8 and still shows it has not left their original facility. Had a Delivery date of 8/10 (2-day) FedEx SUCKS! Should really consider new shipping company.

Professional Product as salons use!
I have used this product in my own salon and at home since 1992. I'm so happy to find that can buy this product in a 12 pack still. **This specific product is the only one that I trust to remove hard water minerals before all chemical services. I use two packets with 4oz of purified water on my own waist length hair. I use a professional hood dryer for the full 45 mins. before my same day, hi-lift blonde color services. Your hair will feel very different after the treatment is rinsed out and if you are having a chemical service MAKE SURE you do not use a conditioner rinsing and shampooing. Only use a very deep conditioning treatment after your color services has been completed or when you are using as a home maintenance treatment. It will take down frizziness, and add shine to your hair too. **This product doesn't repair damaged hair, so if your hair is frizzy from chemical, product, or appliance abuse, do not blame this product for assumptions.

Great product! worth the money!
great product for blonds! My hairdresser got me hooked on these, once a month or so I will use them to brighten my highlights that have dulled do to my well water. It can give me an extra two weeks before I have to go get my roots done. You will LOVE this product! Just try it! It's weird because you have to later it up in your hands and you don't think it's doing anything, but after you wash it, your hair will feel lighter!

Value Pack
It works, my gloves dyed from a previous job went from purple to light pink and my cousin told me he noticed my hair looked different. I have to say it's slightly drying and didn't soften my hair like some reviews have stated but overall, the color remover worked.
