overall good product
overall it did what it was supposed to do. however the shipping time was just a little too much you all should carry these cooking products in stores so i dont have to wait over a week to receive my product.

Makes bland foods tart
I add 1/4 tsp to an 8 oz jar of store-bought jelly or jam (if I'm out of homemade), it makes the flavor pop, and gives it a tartness that is might otherwise lack. Add to homemade jams and jelly, juices that you want to make tart, homemade hard candy, snow cones and slushies, basically anything you want to give a kick of tartness to.
