Mama Francesca Parmesan, Asiago & Romano Grated Cheese, 8 oz Shaker

Nothing compares to freshly grated/shaved parmesan, obviously. Having said that, both flavors from this brand tastes better and melts far better than the Kraft stuff, or the generic brands. I'm not a name brand shopper, but I'm loyal to this brand. I think this was my ninth or tenth purchase.

This brand of 3 cheese grated is delectable Parmesan aged over 10 months Asiago over 6 months Romano over 5 months The difference in taste , texture %26 quality is noticeable Good on pizza, spaghetti, Alfredo %26 much more Only thing is it’s very rich so you don’t need much

This brand of varied cheese in the shaker has amazing flavor. I buy this product a lot. I use this in sauces, soups,homemade pasta and breads, and on vegetables, and in scrambled eggs. Its also good on salads, and popcorn. Great taste. Great price. Its f so versatile.

I have never been a fan of grated Parmesan cheese...until I discovered this brand. It is the absolute best out there and really blows away Kraft or the store brands. I prefer to shave my own or g4ate it myself, but if you can't do that this would be a better choice. This also has Asiago cheese in with the Parmesan and maybe that's where you get the amazing flavor. The other thing I noticed about it is that it actually melts unlike Kraft or the store brands. It will take your spaghetti to a whole other level. I was comparing prices and at my Walmart in Blair, NE the price is really close to Kraft. I will tell you you are definitely getting what you pay for with the Parmesan cheese! All I can say is BUY IT!!

I actually don’t like grated Parmesan like this but found a recipe that suggested this brand mixed with butter, minced garlic and a lil bit of pasta water to make Alfredo sauce. Delicious!! I even like it on its own. Will never buy other brands again. Much sharper than the regular grated Parmesan and richer tasting

This cheese is delicious. I love that it's not just parmesan. The addition of asiago and romano add such great flavor. Better than Kraft and other brands. My family loves Mama Francesca cheese.

Best grated cheese around, the combination of romano and asiago gives it the authentic Italian flavor. The price is competitive. They do not comprise on taste. I would buy this one first.

Several years ago, mega-million dollar Kraft was getting scandalous with their parmesan shake cheese and so my husband had picked up a container of this Mama Francesca cheese. Ever since then we haven't wanted to try anything else. Our whole family still loves this cheese!

The regular ‘big brand’ cheeses are just… consistent, and they ARE that way due to food additives designed to prevent the grated cheese from ‘caking.’ This grated cheese is different. Pop it around a little more in its container. Try it just once, and you’ll see that it’s a better grated cheese product. Doing it ‘old school’ when cooking has its times when needed, grating your own cheeses that cousins ship to you… but for shelf grated cheese, this is the only one we use.
