Well, they are definitely "cheddary" They are pretty much Chezit's, but way better tasting, and just like Wisconsin Cheddar, they are SHARP in flavor and will take the moisture right out of your mouth. Now I myself have stuffed them with cream cheese and also crab meat, so go ahead and experiment...
