Mama Lupe's 7-inch Low-Carb Tortillas Size: 4-Pack

I am from Nebraska and always purchased these. Low on carbs and great taste. I now live in Michigan and they don't sell them here. When I visit home, I stock up on these to take back. I freeze them in the bags they come in and they thaw out fine with no change in texture or taste.

These are not ready to eat. They are doughy and chewy and awful. I don’t WANT to have to cook them in oil. I don’t like the taste of oil or the greasy mouth feel of oily cooking. I usually heat my tortillas on the stovetop - directly on the flame, but I cannot seem to master that with the ML brand. That being said, I used these as a pizza crust tonight. Baked plain for 6-8 minutes in a 400 degree oven. It puffed up, but I flattened it while it was still pilable. Added a small amount of sauce so it wouldn't be soggy, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella... and broiled it for about 3 minutes to make the cheese hot and bubbly. This was the BEST crisoy pizza crust EVER!!!! It was light and crisp and had the hint of sweetness of a good dough. Ohmygosh! It was incredible! I will always have Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas in my cabinet! I cannot wait to experiment with this a a shape (taco bowl) and as a dessert crust! Thank you Mama Lupe!!!

These make a great snack. Toss some shredded cheese or cheese slices or cheese sticks on one and microwave for a few seconds. Roll up to keep the cheese warm. I nuke two at once on a paper towel.

Great for low carb or keto diets. Tasty. We use this instead of bread too. I even made a peanut butter roll-up for lunch one day using the low carb tortillas. It's good when dieting.

Brown in a little olive oil. I like to let the cheese melt while the second side browns, put in chili or whatever you like. I sometimes just put cheese and jalapeno. Very good and 3 net carbs. .

First time purchasing these and they are great for a low carb diet. Good taste and texture and have lasted in the fridge a couple of weeks now without drying out.

If you don't like a lot of bread, these are perfect for sandwiches or in place of a slice of bread. The product tastes good and doesn't make you feel stuffed.

This lowcarb tortilla is thinner and more bendable than most lowcarb tortillas. It has a nice texture and flavor and tastes similar to a traditional whole wheat tortilla. It is my preferred brand of lowcarb tortilla and I eat them daily. I am glad I found them at Sam's club.

A little room for improvement in the flavor department, but these tortillas make low carb eating so easy! They're the best low carb tortilla I've found. I'm proud they come from Moundridge, KS too.

They are too chewy....almost like your eating raw dough...I dont like the texture of these
