This supplement is easy to take, no bad aftertaste, and seems to do what it says. I take mine at night. I wish I had been taking this from the beginning of postpartum but found these after searching for something else when my postpartum hair loss was at its peak. Not sure if it was these or just because the hair loss phase was finally over but my hair is definitely growing back and milk supply is still steady. Pleased with these vitamins and will purchase again likely.

I have been using this postanatal vitamins which suits my needs. These are the only postnatal vitamins found that don't contain ingredients derived from fish. Happy to know that there are some vitamins available like this as I don't eat fish. Thank you

I love that it's a once daily vitamin because I'm not a fan of taking 2-3 a day. It makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Great amount of vitamin D, which I needed as a breastfeeding mom. Doesn't have that overly fishy smell that some prenatal vitamins do.

I really like this postnatal supplement because it has the Methyl Folate and not the synthetic kind, especially for moms with the MTHFR gene. I don't like that the vitamin E is a soy derivative and I wish the product was organic but overall I'm pleased with the quality of the ingredients. Beneficial for moms that are breastfeeding and extended breastfeeding such as myself.

I searched for a while to find the best vitamins for post baby (that were also dairy free) and these were the perfect fit! I love that they support me and my baby while I'm breastfeeding. I also take their probiotic along with it. I haven't had any issues while taking them...they do taste a little odd on youur tongue but no after taste! I would recommend them to other mama's :)
