Instead of three 24-packs of Mamba Sour as shown here, I received three 18-packs of regular Mamba. So, there were two problems--less candy than what I ordered and completely the wrong kind of candy. To be fair, I opened the candy before I noticed that it was the wrong thing and also before I noticed that it was less than what was promised. (It was when I ate the candy that I realized it wasn't the sour kind--the packaging looks similar, so it's an easy mistake to make.) So, I didn't necessarily expect a full refund since I couldn't send it back due to having opened it already. However, I was told I'd get a partial refund and I never received it.
