Great for beginners
I hesitated to buy it bc of the bad reviews but it's a great product! If u read the instructions u will do it correct and won't have issues with the thread

Good Starter Kit
This kit has everything you need to make a punch needle item. It was a good kit having never done this before. The pre-stamped fabric made it much easier.

Instructions are very hard to follow. The ring does not hold the fabric tight enough.

First of all, you're lucky enough to Threaded the fabric will not hold a stitch. The needle is sharp and stabbed myself with it in the finger and blood ridiculously. So yeah, a little plastic them would've been useful the little metal strips that you load the needle with needed to be a thicker gauge material.. basically eight dollars wasted unless I just embroidered with it which I may so that at least I got some value out of it

No no no- Don't waste your money.
No, absolutely not. The fabric is too thin. I don't know- as a beginner I could not figure it out. I did everything as directed and the thread would not hold. I also purchased another brand- hillfolk- that was a thicker thread and better quality fabric and that one is working out as intended. I'm glad I got the hillfolk one or I would have felt like I was doing something wrong from the gate. This one was a waste of money and NOT good quality.

Disappointed
I was so excited to start this project and figured it was a good starter one. However, I was instantly disappointed as the wire curled after my first attempt to thread the needle. It says to use two threads at a time, but the pictures show one thread in the needle, so that was confusing. Two threads would not fit anyways. So, overall, not a great impression at all.

Dashed hopes
The material is polyester. It doesn't hold the punched stitch or loop! I cannot even make this kit!
