I watched a few video reviews before ordering, they were very mixed. One person especially noted how it made her hair feel less soft. Well I had the complete opposite reaction. It made my hair so soft, shiny, healthy AND eliminated the little bit of dandruff I was starting to get due to weather changes (happens every year!). Love love love!
