disappointed!
I love the product itself. I have only used this brand for years. Where I am disappointed is I ordered 2 conditioners but I received 1 conditioner %26 1 shampoo. was promised by Walmart that I would have the rigth items shipped immediately %26 keep what I got for my inconvenience. I would have new order by Monday (this was a Thursday that I called). I called on Tuesday when I had not received anything for them to tell me I have to now send a picture of what I received but would not tell me to where I had to send picture. That is poor customer service in my opinion. Don't say 1 thing on 1 day %26 a few days later say something different!
