Manganese
I take manganese to keep my sugar down, along with a few other vitamins that work together to do so. Solaray manganese is easy to swallow, no after taste, good price, works for me.

Worth trying.
I read a professional article about taking manganese and GTF chromium together to naturally aid appetite suppression and weight loss. It's hard to evaluate a product after only a week, but I did lose 1.1 lbs. this week in spite of still eating my usual goodies. Time will tell.

The product was not healthy
I realized after I got this that the mg are too high for I capsule per day. I read that taking too high dose could cause blood clots so I won't be taking this product as directed
