Put this Mangoal 4K dash cam in my 2023 4Runner and honestly, it looks like it came with the truck. No wires hanging out, fits perfectly. Video is super clear, and the app makes it easy to grab footage when you need it. Really solid build, easy to set up, and works great. If you have a 4Runner, I'd definitely recommend it.
The included 128GB card is a practical bonus, and setup through the companion app is straightforward once connected via wifi; video playback is smooth, and the low-profile design avoids windshield clutter while maintaining a wide field of view. On the flip side, rear footage looks less crisp than the 4K front feed , and the wifi connection can lag when transferring large files through the app. Installation takes patience, especially routing the rear camera cable through trim panels, and app stability depends on phone compatibility. However, once configured, it performs reliably day to day with good color balance and exposure control.
Pretty easy to install, maybe 15 minutes total. The videos help a lot. Picture quality is good and it looks nice. Just keep in mind the GPS module needs to sit on the dash where it can see the sky clearly.
I love this product. The quality is way beyond what I expected easy use of app. Well worth the money.
