I use this potato starch exclusively to make gluten free matzo for Passover. This way we eat matzo without the unhealthy Palm oil and other saturated fats frequently used in gluten free matzo sold at grocery stores. This potato starch works well for us.

I take it as a supplement for GI health. It promotes a healthy gut microbiome as it feeds healthy bacteria and thereby has a multitude of health benefits.

A great thickener for soups and a great crisper for fried foods. You can thicken soups at the last minute and no after taste or over thickening. It also makes the crispiest fried chicken when blended with flour. It even works good by itself. Don't for get the vegies as well.

it's a big can half full. Very deceiving! My first thought was that it had been opened and some spilled out. Nope! It's just a sales gimmick.

Purchased because this was the only option that wasnt $20... But i opened the can and it was half empty??? Either an error or just make your cans smaller because no ones buying this massive can expecting it to be half empty.

The product was fine but really pathetic that the company only half filled the can.

At the bottom of the container, there is a hole and the potato starch is all over the box

Dislike the shipping of the potato starch. The product was still good but the container came all banged up.
