My wife has been using this oil, prior to playing 18 holes of golf. She has been doing so for the last 5-6 yrs and it really helps. She puts 5-6 drops under her tongue just before leaving the house and holds it there for about 90 seconds. She's convinced it lets her play pain free for most of the round.
When making oils at home after decarbing them, a time release capsule or oil can be made by combining this wonderful hemp seed oil and virgin olive oil (an analgesic better then NSAIDs), and unrefined coconut oil because each carries the CBD + CBG medicine at a different rate :-)
I will only use hemp oil in my balsamic vinegar dressing. It adds a smooth fresh taste and makes the dressing 100 times better than with olive oil.
When a friend recommended hemp seed oil for arthritis, I expected it to taste bad. So I took it cautiously masked by peanut butter. But it doesn't taste bad at all. So now I just swig it straight from the bottle.
Tastes great on top of my salad instead of salad dressing
I have used hemp oil on my face with wonderful results. Now I am using this oil on food as well and am surprised by it's great taste and health properties, especially the omegas
It tastes like basil to me, which is good. It's been a true God-send as far as pain and anxiety relief without all the side effects and potential for addiction. As a welcome bonus, it helps keep my glucose levels down. I take 2 tablespoons when I first wake up and two tablespoons at bedtime. I start getting pain relief within 20 minutes, where the prescription medicine might take an hour, if it works at all. I haven't even bothered with getting the prescription meds refilled and don't plan on it as long as this stuff keeps working.
This is great for stir fry and tastes really good.
Haven't used this as much as the capsules mostly because I forget its in the fridge, but the few times I have its very pleasant tasting, which was my initial concern .
I didn't like this oil but I didn't do my research before purchasing. I was hearing CBD and hemp oil from many sources but didn't understand the products. I found hemp seeds oil and thought it would contribute to my health, and it was a great price. However, I didn't realize it was food cooking. I trade taking it by the tablespoon by itself and quickly realized I had made an error. After further research I realize it's benefits. The oil is good for its function. Any disappointments were my fault not the oil.
