This thing is a really great tool. My only real complaint is that it does feel a bit rough, maybe a bit too stiff. You won't have to put nearly any pressure on it compared to scrubbing your hair and scalp with your fingers alone. If you do, it'll hurt a bit. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with this.

I will have to see the benefits in the long term first time using.

Works and feels good most of the time other than the fact that it pulls some strands of hair out but that could be because my hair is a little long. With that factor, I like to use it every other wash.
