This reminds me of Ralph Nader's review of the Chevrolet Corvair - "Unsafe at any Speed"
I would have to rate this manual treadmill to be "UNSAFE at any Price". It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Assembly was fairly easy. But, when I tried to use it, I wrenched my back. At first, the tread belt didn't want to move. So I pushed with my feet to get it started, and it suddenly felt like there was no longer ANY resistance. I ended up 'flying' off the end. I didn't fall, because I had a good grip on the handle.
I bought this for physical therapy. Now, I feel like I need physical therapy to recover from trying to use it.
