As a lifelong allergy and sinus sufferer, I tried plenty of things. I had a neti pot yrs ago, but I didn't use it frequently enough because it didn't seem to work well enough for the mess of it. This new device takes all the mess. You put in clean salt water, insert the silicon tips into each nostril and press %26 hold the start button. The salt water is pushed into Nostril A and around the back of the nasal cavity and back out Nostril B. Turn the nostril tip applicator 180* and now water into Nostril B and out A. The refuse water collects in the bottom catch tank. If you aren't grossed out, you can see some “floaty” bits in the refuse water, which gives me the satisfaction of using it. The pressure can be a bit much to start, so the instruction manual explains how you can leave the top tank stopper slightly ajar to reduce pressure. I started on full and wasn't troubled by it. I'd recommend to anyone who is much like myself; I near daily stuffy or runny nose and some level of a sinus headache. I still take Allegra so it's not a miracle. Just part of my overall treatment.

I had ordered a more expensive versions of this product and it broke within the first few days. This item has helped clear away 2 sinus infections and is still running great.

The irrigation system works very well. It's really easy to use and clean. Initially, it was hard to open going by the instructions. But, I found that the easiest way to open it was to sit the unit on the countertop, rotate the top section away from the button (you can see clips inside) while holding the bottom, once it's rotated sideways, just lift off. Reverse these steps to re-assemble. If you have an ear clog, I'd wait to use this as you could push water into your Eustachian tube and exacerbate your problems.

Works just as well as Navage which costs a lot more. Does exactly as described worked better then Navage and actually works.

Works very well, quick and painless. Has helped tremendously with my allergies.

Good device, but it's kind of weird when using it; ears get clogged. not for me .

For me there is to much pressure. It forces water down my throat chocking me. I was told not to use it. So I returned it.
