This is a legitimate fungicide (not just a fungistat or a mold-stain remover), although it is not at the level of a sporicide (killing the spores of fungi and/or other pathogens--what the EPA regulates as being identified as a "sterilizer"). After a mold outbreak that consumes the available wood or other food, the greatest danger in enclosed structures like residences is spores--so that requires the top level. This is excellent if you haven't yet gone to sporification. Anyone can see from the EPA's Web site every cleaner that is authorized to be listed by the different categories. Related to the cleaning power is safety. Many people are lulled into being relaxed about safety issues when buying from consumer stores. It genuinely requires gloves, arm protection, and eye protection--and a full-face ventilator if in an enclosed area.

reading the instructions, I realized that it is very dangerous to have it in a house, I am looking for that clinic to donate it, it is for hospitals, it seems very good for what it is intended to use it
