Bottom line, this product doesn't work. I knew I was in trouble when I saw that the motor is powered by an external battery pack. There is a QR code on the box that you have to scan for "instructions" but the minute and a half video is more of an advertisement than instruction video. While it does seem to connect to our National Geographic marble run, this motor won't even turn on. I'm returning it and buying the Nation Geographic Marble lift. It's sucks that it is more expensive and come with parts we don't want/need but at least it works.
