Marcel Manual Reclining Sofa in Dark Brown Leather

Don't waste your money or time....Its partially PVC/Vinyl, It will be late, and goes together like crap... Oh where do I begin......be sure you don't have an issue with your shipping address. We were in the middle of a move and I needed to correct the delivery address. I called Walmart (online chat actually talked to account services on the phone) was told I had to change the address with the shipping company. Called the main shipping company- they sent me to the local CA office, they couldn't help me either told me walmart had to change it. Anyway- 5 days of run around- and BTW at the point I should have received the sofa but the shipping company let me know the ETA shown on the walmart site and tracker is actually the ETA to the shipping/delivery company NOT to your house. Then I was told I could just cancel it. By now I was so over this situation I told them if they can't deliver to the corrected address just cancel it. But oops- just kidding, they really can't cancel it I have to receive it first, then request a refund. How can I received it if the address is wrong? Round and round we go. Finally got a hold of the local delivery company- now it had made its way from CA to FL- they tell me they can only deliver to the address on the order. Not the corrected address 3 miles away. But wait! I can pick up the 400lb sofa from their warehouse.......so tell me, what's the difference in me picking it up and them actually delivering it to me at my correct address? And now for the kicker- it's not even 100% leather......It's leather on some pieces and vinyl on sides and back. Yep. I ordered this one because nowhere was it described to have vinyl. I passed up much better-looking sofas because this one supposedly did not have vinyl but it does. Says right on the box- PVC and MDF. and it does not go together correctly either. When I saw this, I got a hold of walmart immediately and they said what I ordered was in the box. I said I am sure that is the case but what I ordered was described incorrectly and not on description. I was told I could open it and check and if it was vinyl I could return it "via Fedex"-lol. They had to use a forklift to get this on the back of my truck. Fedex is not going to pick this up......So MAD and of course to get it open to inspect it was a mess. The box was already damaged and there is no way to get this back in a box. I have no idea what to do with this now. I hope I am saving others from a nightmare.
