Cool to my hand, yet keeps your coffee hot ..Comfortable handle grip...I bought the delicate pink🩷...And I plan on buying more of these cups ...Makes a nice gift !!! 🤗

Just okay
Nice mug, cute color, and does what it says; cold drinks stay cold for longer, and hot drinks retain heat for longer. Also, you don't burn your hands on the outside of the mug, due to the double glass wall and air barrier. It's not perfect, though; there's a little glass bead on the bottom of the mug that slightly unbalances it. The handle is by far the biggest offender; it's razor thin. I'm always afraid of it snapping off under the weight of a full mug of tea, and it's uncomfortable to hold, besides. Should be thicker, and shaped more ergonomically.

After using for about two weeks water appeared between the two glass layers. No instructions on how to remove it.
