Love these mugs. Look exactly like the pic in the ad. Colorful, flawless and very well packed, so no damage from shipping (as a few people experienced...had to be the way shipping employees handled the box). This shape of mug is my favorite. Perfect rounded shape (and big handle) for cradling the mug with 1 hand (or both hands as a hand warmer during CT winter. :D) The rack is lightweight so I will need to balance placement of mugs when using 1 or 2 cups but makes a bright, pretty display on kitchen counter. Might decide to display them in glass front cabinet. Also impressed by the enclosed note from www.Waymore.US about their eco friendly packaging (no styrofoam) and how to contact them regarding replacements. Wish the mugs were a US manufactured product (Made in China on box) but at least it appears to be a US seller (Walmart Las Vegas on label). Love Walmart (Thanks, Sam Walton.)

2 items were damaged in shipping and customer service was very helpful. They replaced the items and were very prompt in replying to my email. A word to the wise. Take a picture of any damage to the items. It is required for replacement. These items were packed well, however Fedex is very good at breaking things.

This is really pretty n can be keep out in front of all your other things. Love the different color cups. They are perfect. Size is perfect also.

as a gift to my mother, at 98 years young she enjoys her new coffee cups. i always had to look through missed matched odd sized cups whenever I visit my dear mother, she would stick to an old, oversized mug that was cracked. She was so happy to get these colorful set.

We ordered this item and one of the cups were chipped in shipping. I contacted the shipper and the replaced the cup within 48 hours. Now this is service.

Cheap and Simple, ideal for moving into a new place, obviously not long-term quality. Set of 6 is great value. One mug arrived damaged in transit - not much packaging and FedEx are rough - didn't want to return or replace the whole set, reaching out to the company directly was a breeze (contact information inside box): I had a replacement mug 3 days later.

The mugs are nice. But I just threw the stand out - way even bother sending it? The colors are nice but it would be nice to have a summer set and a winter set.

So disappointed that when I received that it had two purple and two blue mugs I didn't get any yellow or any orange. I thought about packing it back up and sending it back, but it's such a hassle.
