It's what you would expect with a knife block set like this with the price I got it discounted. I recommend it if it's on discount it's originally 200 but I got it for 50 for 50 bucks. It's still but I feel you could find better knife sets for that original Range for 200 all round this product for the price I paid great Christmas gift

Finally! A set of knives that I truly love! They say to hand wash them and don't let them sit wet so that's a minor pain. But I still love them.

These knives are so sharp that I had to get four stitches when I was unboxing lol. Be careful! Very nice set

I loved the set. It was to my expectations. Though some handles have a cling inside handle. Like a small loose piece. but overall, very nice set.

I wish there was a better knife sharpener on the block.

Cute but not the best. Scissor sticking together, steak knife difficult to cut with, Chef knife barely cut my block of cheese. I'm stuck with them because I gave my brother my old set. Hard to believe that the set original price is $200; I'm glad I paid $53. Buy at your own risk as I may have received a bad set.

The knives are nice and sharp. The ebony block is smooth and beautiful. The problem is the slots for the knives. At the bottom, 5 knives align perfectly, but the 6th knife is completely off line. I tried stuffing a piece of cardboard in the slot to align it. It didn't work that well. All of the slots on the top are too big which allows movement back and forth. The first 2 photos shows the spacing of the top slots. All three photos shows the faulty alignment of the first knife in the bottom slots.

Packaging was damaged upon receipt. One whole corner of the packaging was open, revealing that the corner of the knife block had been dragged, damaged during delivery. Item was delivered by FedEx.

I might've liked this product, but I didn't open it because it was used. The box had been opened and it was used so I didn't even bother with it. I was actually very excited about this item because I like the way it look. It would go well with my kitchen as well as the price was astronomical. The discount was so good.
