After 2 months because the shipper messed up, it was worth the delay. works great, but took about 5 hrs to put together.

We love it. Its a total body workout at home. It was not hard to build .

Machine is great. I ordered the product in White Color, and received Grey Color. To much of a hassle to return product so I'll settle for the Grey Color. Product description and photos stated White in Color.

The retailer was awesome. The freight company that they used lost 2 of the 3 boxes and VM shipped out new boxes promptly

Pulley was very difficult to assemble. The pulley string holders are flimsy and breaks easily. Missing pieces. Otherwise seems as though it will be worth the time and patience that was taken to assemble.

After the 3rd time of having the same box shipped, we gave up. No instructions, no cables….now tasked with trying to get the 2 large duplicate boxes shipped back. Said I will need a wooden pallet and to go to pet store for example to locate a pallet. The large boxes came damaged each time and obviously some of the machines required assembly items missing. The 1st box never arrived and we kept waiting, I finally contacted Walmart and they gave me contact info for the company shipping the large box. Two smaller boxes arrived shortly after we ordered, but I have no idea if all the items included in the smaller boxes because no instructions. Spreetail sent me 2 Fed Ex return labels. I have asked Spreetail and Walmart about returning the two smaller boxes also because they have no sent return shipping labels. The only way I will receive a refund is if I return the boxes. Sadly, I am doubtful about my refund since I have not been provided return shipping labels for 2/4 boxes.
