Its a good started stationary bike. The seat is pretty hard, and I may get a different, more padded one. Assembles pretty quickly, good instructions included. Overall it works as needed and takes up little space.

The bike is very quiet and smooth.

Works great...all the parts were there. Went together pretty easy. Seems like a good exercise bike for the price! Was delivered in a fairly timely manner. Except being delivered to my neighbors house! I hate FedEx!

seat it a little underpadded, the way it mounts to the post doesnt allow you to swap it with a bicycle seat, can only adjust seat height not angle. so for my comfort i ordered a seat pad, $13 wasnt too bad for the pad....pedals are good for a normal foot, a tad on the small side for my liking (size 12 4E or extra wide) took the foot straps back off my style of sneaker wouldnt fit in it correctly.... handlebars have no adjustment but you can adjust the placement of your hands plenty of grip styles you can use, good range of tension adjustment, user friendly monitor, large numbers... smooth pedaling and a bonus that is my idea only you could totally remove the seat post and put a low chair close behind it and possibly use it as a recumbent bike

I would recommend that you replace the seat on this bike. It's very uncomfortable and painful when working out. It feels like you are sitting on a flat piece of steel.

We were not able to put this bike together; because a piece needed appears to be broken. Today (5/4) is the first and only time we have taken it out of the box to assemble. I can't like or dislike this item. Nor recommend to anyone.

This bike on the 8 setting of most resistance felt like actually less resistance than if I were to tread water in a pool. The 1 setting just spun around effortlessly but the 8 didn't really provide much more resistance. I'd be better off performing polymerics with body weight alone like leg lifts. This bike should be marketed for children or very weak or rehabilitating people. It offers minimal to no resistance what so ever.

Had trouble putting it together. The seat won't move up or down. The pedals don't move smoothly, there is a glitch. I guess I have to lug the heavy thing to the store to return it, ugh. The only reason I bought this one was because it has a place to hold my cell phone.

This marcy 4050 bike is probably one of the lowest quality items Ive purchased in my life. The seat post doesnt fit the bike properly so the height cannot be adjusted. The plastic case over the resistance mechanism was not fitted correctly. Just a total disappointment of a product.
