Margaritaville Bali Frozen Concoction Maker with Self Dispenser

It is so easy to operate and surprisingly easy to clean. I bought this as a test to see if it was really worth it. Kept the box and all the packaging just in case. I threw the box out this week. It is a keeper. Of course, we assembled it, poured in who knows what and turned it on. Our first batch was too runny. It takes awhile to figure out how to get the consistency just right especially when you don't even try to follow one of their recipes to understand the volume of liquid to ice. However, when we're not sure, the option of adding the liquid and using the manual shave/blend feature is the way to go to get the consistency just right. In addition, the water reservoir is an awesome feature that keeps the ice runoff from dripping into and watering down the drinks. We've used it five times so far for various types of drinks using fresh fruit, frozen fruit, chilled espresso, etc. We are hosting an outdoor party this weekend and plan to use it a lot. Wish us luck!

A serious piece of gear for serious partiers. It will blend up either a half or whole pitcher depending how many folks you're serving. For daily use it mixes two 16 ounce drinks for my wife and me. Otherwise it will do four 16s for a total of 64 ounces. Beware though, this rig has a BIG footprint so allocate a space for it ahead of time and forget about putting it in a cabinet when you're done. That ain't happenin'. I bought it for our 24th wedding anniversary and am very pleased!

I bought this for my 4th of July BBQ and it was a total hit! We made Pina Coladas due to my friend not drinking Tequila, and they were so impressed with my concoction maker that I think they may be buying one of their own. I totally love my machine.

This is the third Margaritaville we have purchased. We chose the Bali for the Self Dispenser, since it would stay out on the bar and would make it easier when trying to dispense. Does what it promises, just that you cannot talk if you are near it when you are using it. So, noise versus end result. Again, it is that you are not only shaving the ice and mixing, but then the dispenser has to crank up to work. Still what we needed.

Bought this machine and love it! Unfortunately it came with a broken blending blade sealing ring so got a replacement shipped pretty quickly which was nice. Hopefully it won't break again. The only ongoing issue is if you fill it with liquid (mix/tequila) more than half way (above the 48oz line) and set the mixer on "margarita" setting it will fill with too much ice and overflow out the top. This is a bit frustrating as I always have to have a towel under it just in case.

I've used it only once since I bought it a month ago, and love it. Makes the drinks really fast and easy to clean. Durable and very nice looking. It was a replacement from a different Margarita machine . This one is sooooo much better. Worth every penny!

Really wanted the KeyWest unit but purchased this after deciding the dispenser might be kind of nice and we are happy with the device. The machine came with one of the button labels messed up but didnt feel it was worth requesting an exchange. I highly recommend the Bali

I bought the Bali after researching which machine would be best for me. I went with the self dispensing. Glad I did! I use a separate glass to dispense them, I pour drinks into the salted or sugar rimmed glasses, less of a mess that way. I have had no leeks or any problems with the machine. Used it for over 10 batches now. It does leave a very small amount in the chamber, no big deal. Super happy with it so far, looking forward to doing the Margaritaville mambo recipe this weekend.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my wife. She loves it! We've had a couple summer parties this year and it's a hit. Everyone comments on how well it makes a cocktail. I call it the Beast, it's huge and quite loud when mixing the drinks and puts on quite a show!

This is the second review that I am writing for this machine. The first machine I received didn't work. I was sent a replacement and am very happy with it. It is expensive but it makes good drinks and is definitely a conversation piece. All in all, I am happy with it.
