I always ate a nice dry salami in Calif. with pepper when growing up, I have found this to be a perfect match in flavor and it's not real greasy like other brands

Tasty
These are tasty. I'm glad I took a chance and bought them. I would definitely buy them again. I have eaten them by themselves and cut in half in a salad for a protein bump.

Salami and substitutions
It was a substitute for Genoa salami which I love. So was disappointed but it is ok- but can't compare to what I ordered. That's why I usually don't say yes to substitute….. And in past a substitute was with wheat and I ordered gf so I gave the pasta away. My husband eats regular bread. Ok Sorry too long!!
