I rate this as the best Frozen Chicken Alfredo Meal with noodles. If I keep my eyes open for sales, it seems to go on sale for a reasonable price every couple of weeks. We are a working family with limited funds for groceries. This Frozen Dinner has a Chicken has a good flavor, sauce is mild and plentiful, noodles texture cook per directions to “Al Dente” to soft.
Although it's a bit time consuming. not quick at all if you use the oven. you will love it. initially I was like what the heck is this when I opened it. looks fairly small. but once it cooks and you take it out to mix it up. the final result is Wow. who knew lol who knew Walmart jingle 😂😂 no but seriously who knew this would be delicious and the quantity of chicken in this is amazing. just pair it with something a salad or bread sticks maybe garlic toast .. Try it you'll like it my teen and I loved Loved it and she's picky 🤫 and what the hey so am I lol
This is the best chicken Alfredo. The whole top is covered with chicken breast. Great tasting and put in microwave for arou d 15 mins. Its big enough for 4 and all you need is a loaf of french bread. Including the loaf of french bread is 10 dollars for 4 people is good deal.
We usually buy the Stouffers version, but decided to give this one a try. The price is great for how much you get and the cooking time is less, which is helpful. Tastes good - not homemade but worth it! The only drawback, in my opinion, is that there is not enough pasta. Lots of chicken which is a pleasant surprise. Stouffers is heavy on the pasta and not so much on the chicken. All in all, it's something on our weekly grocery list for a quick and hearty meal. I always add shredded parmesan cheese on top after the first baking round where you take it out, remove the film, and stir it (35 minutes in the oven and then back in uncovered for 25 minutes) and serve it with toasted garlic bread.
Fast and easy to prepare. A large amount for an affordable price, which to me JUSTIFIES not making homemade version, even though homemade always tastes better.
The pasta and sauce is really good. There is a lot of chicken but it's cut into squares….The type that is processed and pressed. I give the chicken 2 stars and the rest 4 stars. If they would use real chicken breast it would be a lot better.
I only buy this because my local Walmart can't keep the great value one in stock. It's been months (over 6 months) since they've had it. This is a good one just more expensive than GV
I went through My Shopping List. This is one item on there that I know for a fact. I would never order. I don't like Murray calendars. My kids don't like Murray calendars. I ordered the zadarian frozen bagged Alfredo. But instead of calling me or texting me, let me know the maybe they might have been out. They substituted this 14 what I actually ordered, not happy
I had high expectations but it was really bad. I don't usually buy prepackaged meals but I had read that it got good reviews so thought I would try it, on one of our busy nights. We just had it for dinner and none of us could finish what we had on our plates. I would say the only real ingredient was the noodles. The rest tasted fake, like plastic and left a film in your mouth. Just awful.
I ordered two family meals but when the order got delivered it was short of these two items. I will be asking for credit for the amount of those two not delivering items
