We have shift workers who are gone 13 hours a day, packing food is essential. My guys like this brand and specifically this one the best. They get a combination of home cooked and frozen/canned and when the food is good and a fair price it really helps.
I normally HATE frozen meals that contain chicken. The texture always throws me off and I just cannot eat it. But somehow this chicken feels and tastes great. It’s breaded and still feels like a chicken nugget and semi crispy even with the sauce. I would definitely recommend this to others who are trying to pack a good easy lunch for work or home.
The reason for the 5 stars is because it actually tastes pretty good for a frozen meal especially when you’re on lunch break and needing a quick meal.
Mm-Mmmm! This stuff is good. It really captures the taste of the real (at least, the American version of real) Chicken Parmigiana. It heats easily, and comes out quite yummy. Ok, I personally think no packaged meal EVER has enough cheese, so I usually add a little mozzarella. Even so, when I'm out of that cheese at home, this meal still tastes good.
I had some extra time this evening so I put this in the conventional oven to bake. man! Was it worth it! I added some butter and a little salt before serving and it was delicious. The texture was really nice too.
So far, I haven't found one that I don't like. I've started with the chicken meals and they're delicious. It's a good way to get meat and vegetables without the hassle of cooking.microwave a few minutes, stir and a few more minutes. The bowl is sized good for a perfect portion. I can't wait to try them all. They are low priced and delicious.
Speaking for MYSELF! this premade quick meal has changed! The chicken tasted %26 felt, chewy, squishy %26 spongy! I did not like the chicken at all it was .. well I didn’t eat it !! The rest of the dish was fine, so it’s hard to say if it’s just me or the fact they changed the chicken source ! I’d not buy these for myself again. Just me ? I don’t know !!
Awful. Name should Chicken nugget pasta something. Breading on nuggets is kinda like a wet sand. Tube pasta has no flavor because there's really no sauce. There is some visible blobs of mozzarella? Marie Callender needs to just stick pot pies. These frozen entrees are terrible.
It's 530 calories for on 30 G protein. I'd been getting it randomly for something different for lunch then I started tracking my calories and noticed how many this had. For the protein only being 30 to me that's not enough for the calories. I can get a different brand and get a closer calorie:protein ratio. Also every one I have gotten is a pain to not burn it and to get it cooked to temp. It either comes out burnt or half the noodles are frozen.
False advertisement. The picture on the box is a lie. Make this at home, this had 4 chicken nuggets, a lot of pasta, a tablespoon of so called cheese and hardly any sauce. At least the one you make at home will taste better, have more ingredients and cost you about 1.50 per serving. These food companies are getting worse by the day. Shame on them.
