Marie Callender's Sweet & Citrusy Orange Chicken, Frozen Meal, 11 oz. Bowl

This meal is so great for when you just can't get enough physical or mental energy to cook something proper. When I like most about it is that it's got a little bit of spice to it. It's very flavorful. You don't see a lot of flavor and a lot of frozen meals so I like that a lot.

This is very high in sodium and sugar but, it's so delicious if you love orange chicken. I have it on Saturday nights - when I have a date with myself. It's really tasty and not like other frozen dinners. Easy to microwave and exceptional flavor. Highly recommended.

This meal is fantastic. Taste is great. There is a lot of chicken. It takes no time to prepare. Over all you just can not go wrong. I would have this meal 2 to 3 times a week. A perfect back for any day you are short on time. Only one thing I changed was I added 1 more minute to the second heating time.

Nice textured and interesting dish. My suggested would be less sauce and more rice to make the meal more fulling. The size of the box makes amount of food look scarce. It too much sauce,which adds to too much sweetness. Like a commercial on TV says "SIZE" matter! All and All I like the dish.

its in a cardboard bowl and i didn't like the feel of scooping food against cardboard. also it should not have peas in orange chicken. should be pell pepper, onions, carrots. it can have whole snap peas which have a totally different taste then the peas they used.

I was definitely expecting sweet orange sauce but there was more sauce then rice and chicken. After finishing almost half of the product, my taste was already done with the sauce. If I had extra rice maybe it would have been better and there were on 5 pieces of chicken nuggets.

The sauce. Let's start there. There is enough sauce for at least three meals of this size. You could just eat spoonfuls of sauce. Could, but you wouldn't want to. This sauce is both too sweet and too sour, with a butter off putting quality. The chicken is rubbery microwaved chicken nugget texture. That's it. Saucy, cloyingly sweet, sour, and rubbery. I rarely leave reviews but I have to warn people. Do not buy this. I took two bites and dumped it in the trash, and I HATE wasting food.

I was so upset with Walmart. I had placed an order and they text me that one item was unavailable. It was the large coffee creamer Italian Creme. I text Cesar to see if I could just get the small one. I get a text back and it was written in Spanish as the driver was Spanish and spoke no English. I think Walmart should hire bi-lingual speaking. I was so upset. When I received the text from Cesar the driver was already on his way. I am going to really have to think about continuing doing business with Walmart.A

I have bought Marie callender's on trace for years but over the last 2 years their products are not consistent. the last time I bought the orange chicken entree it was fine so I ordered it again. this time it was so loaded with disgustingly sweet sauce it was soupy. the sauce was so strong I couldn't even eat it. I used to love their large pot pies but the last five times I got them they were dry hardly anything in in them. I will be looking for other entrees but not Marie callender's anymore.
