BEST IN SHOW FOR MAGNESIUM
NECK CRAMPS, ARM STIFFNESS WENT AWAY. MAG HYDROXIDE IS WAY BETTER THAN GLYCINATE OR OTHERS. ITS EVEN GOOD FOR CONSTIPATION WHEN YOU DRINK COFFEE. THIS HYDROXIDE IS THE SAME AS MILK OF MAGNESIA WITHOUT ALL THAT LIQUID SUGAR CRAP. HOWEVER IT DOES COME WITH A WARNING OF HEAVY METALS. JUST GOOGLE IT.

In 2023 a doctor recommended i take this particular brand to aid in my bowl movement because i take an opioid for my osteoarthritis. i have never found anything better.

Pills have really assisted in more regular bowel movements without any side effects. I have been taking these pills for about 9 months now. I would recommend.

Beast Magnesium
I love that it's plant-based and made from seaweed. It's high-strength, easy on my stomach, and comes from real food—not synthetic. Great quality and highly effective!
