Awesome Customer Sevice
I love this marker set and the quality of the acrylic paint, the richness of the color and smoothness of its application. . When I bought this set, the 2mm pen didn't work properly. I would have returned the set but I had already used 2 of the other pens before I knew about it. I contacted the company to inquire about a replacement 2mm pen and they agreed to replace it. Imagine my surprise when I received a whole new set of markers. I will absolutely buy the product from this vendor again.
