These small market side cakes are delicious. we tried the lemon and the chocolate and really enjoyed both. They're also a perfect size for a family desert.

Considering the price, the quality aligns with expectations. The cake was acceptable. However, the vanilla cake was rather dry. Fortunately, the icing and lemon squares were quite delightful.

as the topping was good the texture of the cake was very dry and brought the rest of the cake down. over cooked probably. I had better Walmart cakes. This is the 2nd dry cake. I got a vanilla cake with sprinkles on the side that was just as dry.

I absolutely love lemon desserts and was excited to try this lemon cake. The cake itself was a white cake with no lemon taste to it. The frosting has a faux yellow colour and a light faux lemon taste, was super grainy but the small pieces of the lemon bar on top for decoration was very flavourful and in my opinion, the best part of the cake. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cake, texture of the frosting and would not recommend or purchase it again.

It is not lemon cake at all! It's a cheap stale butter cake with extremely tart lemon frosting. Honestly the frosting was very fake tasting and the whole cake was obviously frozen and stale. The tart on the top is just plain pie crust and the curd blends in with the frozen.

Very dry and doesn't taste the way you'd think it does based on appearance, take it from someone who loves cake and lemon! No lemon taste whatsoever. It looks very yummy but it's definitely not worth the money. Wish i would've read the reviews before spending my money literally threw the whole cake away after tasting.

This cake hardly tasted of lemon. The cake was dry, and the frosting was falling off the cake. The only yummy thing about this cake is the lemon bar used on top as garnish. It was tart and sweet and buttery. It needed more moisture and more lemon curd in the first layer.

This is the most stale cake I ever bought from Walmart. It was horrid. Shame because it looked delicious. Was very far from tasting at all acceptable!

3 layer lemon cake was old. very dry. suggested purchase date was 12/2 2025, order and delivery date was 12/3/25. item clearly had a bright yellow discounted label on it. the driver should have tried to contact me to ask if I wanted an old cake.
