4 ounces by weight. It's SMALL. The crust is tasty but it overpowered the key lime filling. The filling by itself had just a hint of lime flavor. The filling texture was good but each bite was over half crust. I will probably finish it but won't buy again.
Much smaller than expected! Actual interior of the container where the pie is measures 3-1/4 inch. Taste was odd. Lots of sugar. Won't be buying again.
Okay that is not key lime. I don't know what the heck it is but that is nasty. it's like the sand and and it's just oh no no ugh. and that is definitely not key lime. it ain't even lime or lemon for that matter. I don't know what that was but that was nasty
For the most part, I usually at least like most Marketside items I've tried. This was not pleasant at all. The graham cracker crust was kind of ok, but the filling was not nice at all. It was beyond sweet and had a granular texture, and there was nothing that even tasted like key lime. Perhaps it was a bad batch, but as is, I would never recommend it.
This, was not good. The crust had a chemical taste and was bitter. The filling had very little lime flavor... it would have been a good value if i wasn't going to throw it away and not eat it... YUCK! Do not recommend... try the tres leches individual ones- THOSE are good!
Full transparency. I did not taste this dessert. The pie in question wasn't available on my pickup order(I was refunded me) and BOY am I glad. So I went to the store to buy it and was shocked how small it was. For a better comparison, Banquet's chicken pot pie for a buck is 2X bigger. That's how small this lime pie is. It's a waste. DO NOT PURCHASE this if you want to spend $3 for something that smaller than a box of M%26Ms. You will do yourself better to get the peanut butter chocolate brownies at $5 . You will get more for your value and they are absolute delicious!
My beef is mostly with Walmart shoppers. This key lime pie was delivered in my order the day it expired. That means it has been sitting for a least a week or two most likely. Then I am expected to take this little pie that I would only have purchased if half price if at all all the way back to the store to get my money back. Delivery is convenient but I'm tired of getting all their old almost expired items!!!
This pie has all the potential to be amazing but they opted to use some harsh artificial chemical flavoring for the lime zest and so it tastes like eating a harsh industrial citrus scented cleaner ~ rather than pie. If they would swap in “all natural key lime juice” for the flavoring this pie could be the cat's pajamas in the mini-pie world. This was so harsh and chemically awful I was motivated to write this review to prevent others from wasting their money on this product. Please DO OVER Walmart. This is some janky ranky unfortunate pie taste. AVOID.
The crust opponents were extremely overcooked before it was assembled, 2/3 of the pie is bitter unpleasant crust. The other 1/3 consistent of a vague facsimile of a key lime filling, mildly flavored, an unable to mask the crust.
So disappointing, I was so hopeful. Crust is made with peanuts, or peanut butter, very strong peanut taste and smell, the filling is very thick like paste and hardly any lime taste. Will Not purchase again.
