This is the best pie I've ever had in my life. When I buy one of these pies, I always grab a can of extra creamy whipped cream and usually will finish the whole pie myself before the day is over. The caramel in the apple filling makes the texture perfect and the taste out of this world. The crumble on top with the whipped cream and caramel drizzle is to die for! Even the crust is the perfect thickness and has an excellent taste to it. I recommend it to anyone and everyone that comes to my house, or goes to Walmart with me. 🥧🤤🍎
this is the best choice for a midnight sweet tooth. it's the perfect sweetness per slice to satisfy that craving. the texture of the crust and cinnamon is just right. more importantly the apple slices texture is convenient for many different types of eating and chewing abilities. it's simply delicious and fresh evey time i put it in my cart whether online or in store.
it came in a box instead of the plastic the pie is to die for the crust IS NOT DRY it's flaky and buttery tasting the carmel adds a nice touch its not overly sweet just the right a mount the apples are thick sliced and are crunchy not mushy I get yhis pie often one I leave out one in the freezer. great for a bbq or any holiday I EEALLY RECOMMEND IT
I bought this pie, took it to a pot luck and it was one of the first desserts gone! I think the Carmel drizzle attracted people and the comments were “it tastes very good”
I try very hard not to eat too many sweets but this was so good I had to take the second bite as I was putting it away! If you love apples you'll enjoy this pie!
but i think the apples meed a little bit more cooking for softness, it was kind of hard. but the whole crust was addictive. i can see my self buying this pie once a month or twice a month. the crust and crumbles and the sauce filking is to die for.
Marie Callender's frozen pie is much better. This Walmart pie's crust is what gives the pie a low rating. The crust has a very crumbly texture which I would equate to a graham cracker crust which takes away from the pie itself.
Pie was delivered and showed up extremely damaged as though it had been stepped on. Even though there was no requirement to return the damaged pie, I drove to the store to insist they take it back so they could see exactly how they delivered it to me. First time using Walmart free delivery and this left a poor experience.
This, I'm sorry to say has to be the worst apple pie I've ever tasted in my life and I'm 69 years old. I ordered the regular double crust great value apple pie and put this as a substitution. What a mistake. The bottom crust seemed ok. The apples were like rubber and the abundant never ending topping was like a pile of muck. The code date was up the day after receiving my grocery order so that may have a bit to do with it. But I doubt it. I've never had to throw out pie before. This was definitely a first. Whenever I see this pie at Walmart now, I think my stomach will turn. Horrible looking, horrible tasting and horribly made. I did get automatically credited when I went online and wanted a refund. Please spare yourself from this item.
was under baked,,, crust was chewy, apples was like rubber, fillin was good n that was only part to eat,,,, so with that you need more trainin
