These were a pleasant surprise! I needed a quick lunch solution so I grabbed some Marketside chicken salad and a package of these and was very happy! These are buttery and delicious. I wouldn't say you get the delicate flakiness of a true baker croissant, but they're tasty and flavorful and absolutely great for sandwiches. They've become a regular purchase for me. Thumbs up.
These are a great size for sandwiches and taste awesome. They're even better lightly toasted. I freeze them in gallon or quart-sized freezer bags, which makes it easy to take out just what I need, and they thaw in minutes. The flavor and texture are still excellent after thawing.
We really enjoy these for sandwiches and for breakfast with jam or cream cheese or both. My husband likes to cut in half and spread butter and cinnamon/sugar on them and give them a quick run in the toaster overn. Price is continuing the rise like everything else.
We love these croissants cut in half and toasted for a dinner meal, then add our favorite meat (cut into bite size pieces), pour salad over top of the bottom croissant, and it makes an average meal lots more delicious, filling, and down right yummy!
Like my previous post on these buttered croissants they are always fresh, always good and so tasty with coffee or tea. These are great for making sandwiches like turkey and cheese or ham and cheese and then put them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Add your favorite fixings to your sandwich and kick it up a notch.
I received 4 fresh tasty croissants from my local Walmart Deli. I used them to make turkey and ham sandwiches which I warmed/toasted in my toaster oven. The last one was used to make a pepperoni and cheddar cheese sandwich. These croissants were very fresh and remained in good condition over several days of use. I'll definitely buy them again.
These croissants are the best tasting ones I have ever had. They are very soft and so delicious that you have to stop yourself from eating two at a time. You can have them as a snack or you can make a sandwich with them. No matter how you eat them, they are a Must Have!
Growing up, I have always bought croissants at donut shops and these are so convenient to have at the house. I buy them at least once a month. Only thing I recommend is that use within that week. I fill them up with cheese , jalapeño, ham and it starts my day i definitely would recommend. Taste great
I like these croissants a lot, they have a buttery taste and they're very circular shaped, which is what I prefer over the ones that are straight or have a slight curve. I buy the Walmart brand spicy sausage patties for them, make and add an an egg and add cheese, they make a great breakfast sandwich! They fit into a sandwich bag. I make 4 at a time so I can refrigerate and save them separately.
Not bad. But I warm it up in the electric oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes and let it cool to room temperature. Then, it has a near-crispy envelope. If left in the oven too long, it burns very quickly. When I can stand at the oven and manage precision timing, I warm it for about 12 minutes. The reason I never recommend any products or services is that everyone has to make their own decisions. I can only share my opinions and experiences.
