Delicious. I like to roast in my toaster oven (it has a round back inside for accommodating this size) on 350°F for about three hours. Pour off the drippings, put in glass jar for making gravy and a cat treat. We use every last bit, even make a broth in the crockpot with all of what's left after deboning. Strain that and use to make soup. And we roast the skin after, too, separately. Delicious and crunchy.
Marketside Antibiotic-Free Frying Chicken Without Giblets, 4.0 - 5.5 lb Roasted, broasted, baked, broiled or oven fried. This chicken is terrifically delicious and so easy to prepare. Will be a favorite.
So juicy when buttered and seasoned! cooked too long though, only need 2 hours. (1hr each side 350)
Marketside Antibiotic-Free Frying Chicken is a grocery staple at my house. It's always fresh, reasonably priced, and makes for a moist and tasty roast chicken dinner any day of the week. I never purchase any other brand.
Good quality, and price.
Smaller, expensive, meat doesn't taste as good as the regular Foster Farms birds. I don't care for the taste as much at all
This bird is huge and the taste was subpar due to size.
$10.54 for a chicken that will not even feed the whole family !! Do better because they substituted my product of choice
My family and I got extremely sick after eating this. I will never buy meat from Elk city again. Every single time I try its either rotten and has a rotten egg scent or it makes us extremely sick. Ive already complained to management but they still continue selling rotten food.
The price is wrong on my order. I got a chicken with a marking of $8.52
