Never eat as a salad, I use to make an Asian dinner, yum!!! Just fry some sliced or diced Market side Asian sausage or ground pork, add the mix with dressing to pan cook till heated through then serve over rice. Kind of like a deconstructed egg roll.
This salad has a great blend of cabbages, lettuce and carrots, mixed with an excellent sweet, tangy %26 savory sesame ginger dressing, and topped off with crunchy sliced almonds and crispy wonton strips. Two favorite personal add ins are mandarin oranges and chicken for a full meal.
I love this salad mix. I start with thick whole leaf lettuce bottom with cut tomatoes and cucumbers on top. (sea salt and pepper) then add half a bag of this Asian mix and it's condiments and top it off with four strips of thick bacon chopped up. sliced chicken breast coated with ranch seasoning and pepper. I love the layers
I've recently been diagnosed with Diabetes type 2. Salad is a must for my diet, but not something I've often done. When buying individual produce and making a salad it costs more and usually goes bad before we can eat it all. With the marketside salad kits we can have a salad every day at a very low cost and they are always fresh.
When I first tried this large salad mix I only ate half of it and stored the rest in the refrigerator for later. Now i eat the whole package. It's a great combination of 'greens' and crunchy additions. The dressing is delicious. It stays fresh in the package in the refrigerator for days.
These salads come in a nice variety. They supply the dressing, add ins like sunflower seeds, nuts, croutons dried tomatoes, etc. All different and delicious. All very tasty, nicely priced, very good quality, and variety. I love all of these! The greens are crisp and tasty, dressings are awesome. Extras are individually wrapped for freshness. Quite a deal! ☺️
Great combination of ingredients put together to make a tasty Asian Chopped Salad! Marketside offers a fresh Salad Kit that is ready-to-eat. Included are two packets of toppings that kick it up a notch: fried wontons and slivered almonds in one, and a tasty Asian dressing in the other. This Chopped Salad Kit is convenient when you want a quick meal or side dish. I highly recommend this product!
These salad kits are great. I have been using the lightly breaded chicken planks " Barely"... They've added more kits, like Teriyaki that I think beef should go well with. Lost some excess poundage. Need to buy new clothes. It also does something to take away pain of arthritis type problems. I try to eat it at least twice a week and am incorporating walking into my life.
This is my favorite salad from Walmart. Convenient, fast, healthy option for lunch or dinner. I just throw in some grilled chicken and that's all. The only thing I would change is the amount of dressing. I don't think it's enough and it gets somewhat too light when I add my protein. More dressing!!
I am recommending because I’ve bought this Asian salad before and I love it. It is the stores fault not the seller. This pack has several old pieces. Walmart has given me several items like this. I also ordered avocados which are hard as a rock. They will probably never ripen in this cold and should have been put on a shelf to ripen not in a cold area. On my list it said I had already given a review. I had NOT so I put it on this one. I checked reviews and today it was a 4 but when I went back to order mode there were so many 1’s I would not have bought them today. I ended up cutting my hand. I purpose because I’m an elderly pick up person and I can’t get back out to return. I ordered 2 large fresh sweet potatoes last week. 1 was small but of good quality but 1 was not even of the variety I chose and it was shriveled, not usable. I am 70 and unable to go back to store to return.
