we love to eat these smaller rolls with Nathan's skinless beef hotdogs. They are delicious, soft and enhance the flavor of any luncheon meat we choose to serve on it. Great as a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. Serve as garlic bread with pastas.
This bread was absolutely delicious. If you get it fresh, it can't be beat. I used it with breakfast, toasted and buttered, I made a chicken salad and served it nestled in these little buns. There's so much that can be done with them. I think the next time I order them I will make French toast. Give them a try and I'm sure you'll be happy with your purchase.
These are my go to buns for hotdogs, mini cheesesteaks and sausages from now on! They're perfect for grilled sausage and they don't fall apart like regular hotdog buns. They may not be hotdog buns, per se, but they are perfect! I even make mini subs with them. Adults and kids love them!
Just in time for the 4th of July, my household has been enjoying the perfectly portioned, buttery. stripped, brioche buns. The novelty of the brioche buns are the stripes. The buns are nicely packaged, fresh and so delicious. For lunch, I lightly toasted four brioche buns open faced on the comal and served them some grilled hot links. The next day, I lightly toasted and seasoned the two remaining brioche buns with herbs and garlic butter. They were a perfect side served up with my homemade spaghetti and meat sauce.
I did a search for brioche sub buns and this was the first thing that popped up. I was having these items delivered and I was very surprised when they came and I learned they were the size of a dinner roll. Had to run to Kroger and get some sub buns. If you're wanting small rolls for dinner these are amazing they're overpriced for what you get.
If you want to change up your normal, boring sandwiches or dinner rolls, these are an easy fix. Walmart pricing makes it easy to try new breads, pastries, and fresh baked goods without breaking the bank. These are soft, fluffy, and slightly chewy with a lightly crusted top. They're not dense or heavy. Perfect for any meal. Brioche bread is super moist and slightly sweet, and these rolls let you add a touch of sweetness to your meal.
Buyer: beware! I should have known from the weight and roll count that these rolls could not be very large. I was surprised at how small each is vs. the Walmart app picture. I thought I was buying hoagie-size rolls. These dainty rolls are smaller than a standard hotdog bun (see attached picture for measurement). Adjust expectations accordingly.
Shelves should be stocked properly with fresh products… shoppers should not be permitted to select items that are old, expired, molded or damaged.. from the placement on the shelf to the shopper to the cashier… there is NO Accountability on the customer getting quality products that they paid for when using the Walmart shopping app.. ill be canceling my subscription and shopping elsewhere
description when asking if these buns would accommodate a brats. AI answer was YES, it will fit Brats %26 sub sandwiches. these were very small more like a dinner roll not big enough even for a reg hot dog..waste of money, would never order again. they were thrown out due to being stale as well when received.
These used to be delicious. I didn't mind paying $4 for fresh baked bread. The last 3 times they have been so hard and dry they are basically not edible. Still very much in date just over baked to the point they are trash. I have delivery service so that I don't have to go to the store. If the bread needs to be returned to get a refund they can pick it up next time.
